Barbara is a highly experienced and accredited Executive Coach and Organisational Consultant, specialising in individual, team and leadership development and with an interest in finding organisational solutions to building more relational and sustainable cultures. Her clients span both the commercial and public sectors.
Barbara was previously Head of Coaching at PwC, leading and transforming its organisational coaching service. With over 20 years’ experience in organisational and people development, her work encompasses individual and team coaching, learning group facilitation, organisational coaching strategy, talent management, diversity and change.
Her recent programme work includes leadership development for an international trade union federation, senior team development at a City broking firm, emotional intelligence for a leading actuarial business and supervision for Tavistock Consulting’s Executive Coaching course.
