Supervision for leaders in organisations, using the systems psychodynamic approach

Graduates of the Tavistock and Portman's Masters-level course 'Consulting and leading in organisations: psychodynamic and systemic approaches' often go on to take up more senior leadership positions or expand their remit within their current role. Whilst organisational supervision is usually in place, graduates often tell us they miss the opportunity to work with others as they did on the course, to think about and apply the systems psychodynamic approach to their current workplace challenges.

Our Leadership Supervision Group is available to anyone who has completed a master’s level training in systems psychodynamic approaches to leadership.

Participants will have an opportunity to present current live issues to the group and together use the approach to think about what might be going on in the system. Generating deep insights and hypotheses leaders can maintain their contact with the theory and continue to develop their leadership practice.

Supervision will run on a six weekly basis for 2.5 hours and will be facilitated by Dr Kay Trainor, Course Director.
Cost of this group is £200 per session. (concessionary rate available)
Minimum sign up 4 sessions.

The slow-but-deep teaching style and the complementary approaches of the two teachers works well for me. I like the balance of theory and experience, a cycle of thinking-reflecting-doing-reflecting.
